This is the former V4.0 version. We renamed it to V3.2 because the planned GUI
changes were smaller then expected (not based on OpenACS/dotLrn code). So
there will be an automatic upgrade path from V3.1 via the ASUS.


Major Enhancements:
      * "Web 1.5" GUI Overhaul:
        The improved GUI includes the option for users to move their
        GUI components around in a "Web 1.5" style. Also, we have added new
        icons and a new CSS.

      * GanttProject Integration:
        We have finally managed to integrate an interface to GanttProject
        (an open-source MS-Project clone written in Java).
        Project Managers can conveniently define the project structure with
        GanttProject and then upload the structure into ]po[

      * Resource Planning and Resource Assignments:
        You can now add resources to projects and task and determine resource
        overload across projects.

      * System Configuration Wizard
        A new "SysConfig" wizard allows the first-time user to tailor the
        ]project-open[ installation for business sectors and company size,
        reducing the overall complexity.

      * Expenses and Travel Costs:
        The modules allows for decentralized capturing of travel costs and
        other expenses.

      * Integration of "Petri-Net Workflow":
        ]project-open[ now includes a fully-fledged workflow with graphical
        process editor.

      * Project Templates:
        Project templates (creating new projects based on an existing
        project template) allows you to standardize and accelerate the
        generation of projects with similar schedules.

      * New Calendar:
        ]project-open[ now includes a calendar modules that allows you to
        track scheduled calls and project deadlines in a calendar view.
        The calendar also includes shared global and group calendars.

      * New Bug-Tracker:
        ]project-open[ now includes a fully-fledged bug-tracker that
        compares to industry leading bug trackers.
