]project-translation[ "ISO 9000" Quality Extension is an extension for small and medium MLV and SLV translation agencies operating in the high quality area or that are preparing to obtain an ISO 9000 certification. The implements a "quantitative quality metric" similar to "Lisa forms".

Statistical Process Control (SPC)

The SPC module has been developed in a research project in collaboration with the Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (Spain). The SPC module implements a variant of LISA Quality Forms. These quality reports can be associated with documents, projects, persons (translators, editors, ...), projects and customers, showing both quality histograms and temporal quality evolution.

A temporal quality curve. The dots represent relative deviation from
the translation target quality. "+1" for example means that the
translation had half the number of "allowed error points".
