Project Management contains the core PM features: Maintaining project base data and details, building hierarchical project structures of arbitrarily depth, grouping of projects (Portfolio), etc.
Timesheet Tasks implements project tasks allowing to manage effort estimation on task level
Materials - provides the "service type" per project task (i.e. "senior developer", ...), linking project schedules with the customer's price lists to evaluate estimated total costs
