Project Members Portlet

  ­

 
  • Add users as "Project Manager" (M) or "Full member" (P) to a project. As a "Project Manager they have full access to all information. As a "Full Member" are not allowed to see financial information and only have READ permissions for project attributes ("Project Base Data")
  • Define % to what extend of their time they are working on this project. This allows a rough capacity planing using report: [Resource Cube]
  • Remove users from projects

To locate, manage the portlets visibility and set its permissions please refer to http://[YOUR_SERVER]/intranet/admin/components/
When you are logged in as a System Administrator you can click on the wrench icon that becomes visible when you mouse over the portlets top bar.
