]po[ Audit

The Audit package maintains an audit trail for all business objects in ]po[.

 

Each of the supported object types (see below) includes a [portlet plugin] with the audit history. The audit trail includes the changes in differential format, the date, the user who has performed the changes and the IP address from which the change has performed.

Supported Object Types

The intranet-audit package supports the following object type:

  • Project
  • Company
  • Office
  • Person
  • Invoice
  • Timesheet Task
  • Expense Item
  • Expense Bundle
  • Ticket
  • Configuration Item
  • Absence

 

Audit on Write-Once and Devices

The intranet-audit package includes the option to connect to an external Syslog server or "write-once" device in cases of strong audit requirements.
