Notifications

Notifications are usually send out after operations such as assigning users to a project etc.
Most notifications can be localized. 

Following a list of pre-set standard notifications available in the system:

Assigning users to projects (optional)

When a user has been assigned to a project, a notification can be send out to inform the user about his assignment

L10n string:
http://[YOUR_SERVER]/acs-lang/admin/edit-localized-message?package_key=intranet-core&locale=en_US&show=all&message_key=lt_Dear_first_names_from

The following placeholders are supported:

  • object_name : Name of the project
  • system_url : Parameter SystemUrl to build links
  • user_name: User Name of user to be assigned
  • first_names_from_search: First names of user to be assigned
  • last_name_from_search: Last Name of user to be assigned
