I have trouble installing the software
Please post to the Sourceforge Forum. Please be as specific as possible and mention the Operating System you intent to install ]po[ on and the installer (or script) you have used. Make sure that you have searched the forum for an already existing thread regarding your problem. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. In case your concern is of an urgent matter, please consider making use of our professional support services.

I'd like to inform you about a bug
Before posting bugs please make sure that you are running the most recent version of ]po[. Find instructions on how to update your installation here. In case the bug remains please search forum and tracker to see if somebody else has posted this issue before. We check forum and bug tracker frequently and do our best to react in a reasonable time frame to bugs of high severity. In case of an urgency please consider making use of our professional support services to get your issue addressed with priority.
