User Properties
A user is defined by its properties (fields) and its associated
components.
User Fields:
- Email:
Is used to identify the user and serves as the user name. There
can not be two users with the same email in the system.
- First Name and Last Names:
The person first and last names.
- Home Page:
The users home page (not required)
- User Profile:
The user profile reflects the membership to departments within
the company.
Project Components:
Project components contain additional information about a project.
The available project components depend on the type of the project.
